Ford Banister IP is a full-service American intellectual property and ecommerce firm with a focus on U.S. trademark and copyright filings, brand protection, litigation, and arbitration. The firm operates fully remotely, serving an international clientele.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Remote IP and Ecommerce Attorney with a U.K. License. The attorney will support U.S.-based attorneys in preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications, responding to office actions from the USPTO and Copyright Office, handling litigation before the TTAB and federal district courts, and managing arbitrations with ecommerce platforms. The attorney will also handle U.K.-based matters. All staff attorneys participate in marketing and business development efforts.

The attorney should be prepared to work alongside the firm's principal attorney in Athens, Greece, for the first several months. After this training period, remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and research skills
