Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Remote IP and Ecommerce Attorney with a U.K. License. The attorney will support U.S.-based attorneys in preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications, responding to office actions from the USPTO and Copyright Office, handling litigation before the TTAB and federal courts, and managing arbitrations with ecommerce platforms. The attorney will also handle U.K.-based legal matters. All staff attorneys participate in marketing and business development efforts.

The attorney should be prepared to work alongside the firm's principal attorney in Athens, Greece, for the initial several months of training. After this period, remote work is possible.
