Ford Banister IP is a full-service American intellectual property and ecommerce firm focusing on U.S. trademark and copyright filings, brand protection, litigation, and arbitration. The firm operates fully remotely, serving a primarily international clientele.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Remote IP and Ecommerce Attorney with a U.K. License. The barrister/solicitor will support U.S.-based attorneys in preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications, responding to office actions from the USPTO and Copyright Office, and handling litigation before the TTAB and in federal district courts, as well as arbitrations with ecommerce platforms. The barrister/solicitor will also manage U.K.-based matters. All staff attorneys participate in the firm's marketing and business development efforts.

The barrister/solicitor should be prepared to work alongside the firm's principal attorney in Athens, Greece, for the initial several months of training. After this period, remote work may be possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and research skills
