Ford Banister IP is a full-service American intellectual property and ecommerce firm focusing on U.S. trademark and copyright filings, brand protection—including litigation and arbitration. The firm operates fully remotely, serving a primarily international clientele.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Remote IP and Ecommerce Attorney with a U.K. License. The attorney will support U.S.-based attorneys in preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications, responding to office actions from the USPTO and Copyright Office, and handling litigation before the TTAB and in federal district courts, as well as arbitrations with ecommerce platforms. The attorney will also manage U.K.-based legal matters. All staff attorneys participate in marketing and business development efforts.

The attorney should be prepared to work alongside the firm's principal attorney in Athens, Greece, for the initial several months of training. After this period, remote work may be possible.

Qualifications
