Responsabilités

• Check the candidate reference and the right interview stage.
• Collect time windows from participants named by the recruiter.
• Convert or clarify time zones using the employer’s convention.
• Identify a conflict with an existing calendar block.
• Present viable options and unresolved questions to the recruiter.
• Record a candidate’s changed availability without erasing the earlier reply.
• Send an approved confirmation only after the final time is chosen.
• Keep separate interview stages in separate records.
