Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an International Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. You will be the sole payroll expert, handling UK payroll and coordinating multiple international payrolls across France, Germany, Poland and APAC, while building strong relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience processing UK monthly payroll.
• Experience coordinating international payrolls (France, Germany, Poland, APAC).
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing a UK monthly payroll.
• Co-ordinating several international payrolls including France, Germany, Poland and also APAC countries
• Building excellent working relationships with external vendors
• Demonstrating excellent internal stakeholder management
• Performing payroll reconciliations
• Producing payroll related reports
• Creating and posting payroll journals
• All year end activities including PSAs and P11ds
• Resolving all payroll related queries

An International Payroll Specialist is being recruited for a niche business in an interesting sector.

As the International Payroll Specialist, you will be the sole payroll member and be the subject matter expert for payroll !

This is a permanent role and will report into the finance function.

As the International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing a UK monthly payroll
• Co-ordinating several international payrolls including France, Germany, Poland and also some APAC countries
• Building excellent working relationships with external vendors
• Demonstrating excellent internal stakeholder management
• Performing payroll reconciliations
• Producing payroll related reports
• Creating and posting payroll journals
• All year end activities including PSAs and P11ds
• Resolving all payroll related queries
