Job summary

WEP UK is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to support growth of High School Exchange Programmes. You will guide prospective students and families through enquiry and application, helping them choose the right international destination and programme.

As the first point of contact, you will build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and inspire students to pursue international experiences. This is a fully remote role with a passion for education and cultural exchange.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage own workload.
• Passion for travel, international education and student programmes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct consultations to understand goals and recommend suitable programmes.
• Follow up leads and manage the sales pipeline to maximise enrolments.
• Guide applicants through the application process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the journey.
• Represent WEP UK at information events (virtual and in-person).
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to hit recruitment targets.
• Maintain records using CRM systems and internal databases.
