Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
• Support and lead IT system implementations.
• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis.
• Produce documentation such as SOPs and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops and change initiatives.
• Monitor performance post-implementation.
• Apply structured methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
