• 2+ years of B2B SaaS in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end support during onboarding for clients.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, and integration guides.
• Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives.
