Job summary

Gearset is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding projects end to end for our SaaS customers, including enterprise accounts. You’ll own the plan, coordinate technical discovery, and ensure go-live with minimal risk while guiding customers through early value realization.

You’ll collaborate with CSMs, DevOps and engineering teams, manage stakeholders from admins to executives, and run training sessions to help customers get the most from Gearset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years onboarding or implementation experience at a SaaS business.
• Experience running projects with timelines and dependencies.
• Ability to communicate complex tech concepts clearly.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across admins to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects from close-win to go-live.
• Conduct technical discovery to map customer environments.
• Manage milestones and keep multiple onboardings on track.
• Communicate with admins and executives throughout the project.
• Create robust onboarding plans and set clear deliverables.
• Run product training and workflow setup sessions.
• Collaborate with CSMs, DevOps Architects and engineers.
• Transition projects to ongoing relationship after handover.
