Job summary

Sardine is seeking an Integration Leader to drive a high‑performing team focused on seamless client onboarding and scalable integrations. You will own APIs, SDK docs, and implementation guides while collaborating with customers and cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in implementation/integrations roles, 3+ years in B2B SaaS, and strong communication skills. This remote-friendly role offers meaningful equity and a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands‑on experience in implementation/integrations roles across multiple teams
• 3+ years B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk or compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting to build internal tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing integration team for onboarding and scalable solutions
• Provide end-to-end client onboarding support with a focus on success
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides and support docs
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions leveraging Sardine's platform
• Manage implementation projects: quality, timelines, risk, deliverables
• Understand customers' business problems and map to technical capabilities
• Provide product feedback to stakeholders from the field
