HCRG Care Group seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to create digital and blended learning solutions across the organisation. You will design engaging content, shape learning journeys, and collaborate with SMEs to meet diverse learner needs.

Lead end-to-end design projects, apply the latest tools, and ensure accessibility and impact through evaluation and analytics. This role is remote with occasional UK travel.

Formación

• Proven experience in instructional design or digital learning roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise is essential.
• Experience with a range of digital tools for content creation and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and learning theory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Degree in Education, L&D, OD, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deliver digital, blended and face-to-face learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, managers and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Create formats including eLearning, microlearning, videos, infographics and simulations.
• Ensure WCAG AA accessibility and learning theory integration.
• Apply evaluation models and analytics to improve content.
