HCRG Care Group seeks an experienced Instructional Designer in Bristol with remote work and occasional travel to the Runcorn Office. You will design, develop and enhance digital and blended learning solutions across the business, aligning with organisational goals and learner needs.

You’ll lead end-to-end design projects, apply modern instructional design principles, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with SMEs, managers and stakeholders to deliver effective learning experiences.

Competenze

• Experience in instructional design or digital learning.
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Proficient with SCORM/xAPI and LMS platforms.
• Experience in health and social care sector would be advantageous.
• Degree in Education, L&D, OD, or related field.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver digital, blended, and face-to-face learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, managers and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Develop learning formats: eLearning, microlearning, videos, infographics, simulations, gamification, virtual classrooms.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG AA) and apply learning theory in design solutions.
• Use SCORM/xAPI standards and work with LMS platforms for delivery and evaluation.
