Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with design and optimization focus.
- Expertise in advanced process simulation, modeling, and data analysis.
- Proven track record leading complex optimization projects, preferably remote.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt principles and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for virtual environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new industrial processes, systems, and workflows for various clients.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing operations, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Use advanced simulation and data analytics to model and optimize process performance.
- Develop process documentation, specifications, and implementation plans for remote deployment.
- Collaborate with remote client teams and internal stakeholders via virtual channels.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma to achieve productivity and cost savings.
