Placements24 is seeking an Operations Analyst with a strong Industrial Engineering background to join a strategic team. You will analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance across business units.

Responsibilities include collecting data, building KPI reports, performing root cause analyses, and collaborating with managers to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or related analytical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis or data-focused role.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical software (R, Python).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop models and reports to track KPIs and operational metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand operational needs and challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
