Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering with a focus on optimization.
- Proven track record leading complex optimization projects and teams.
- Expertise in process simulation software, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of strategic process optimization initiatives across facilities.
- Utilize modeling, simulation, and data analytics to identify improvements.
- Mentor and guide a team of chemical engineers in optimization projects.
- Develop and deploy best practices for process control, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with site operations, R&D, and management to ensure alignment and project success.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
