Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant to partner with global pharma organisations, delivering AI-powered solutions via Veeva's Commercial Cloud products. You will lead business process due diligence, design and implement scalable solutions, and drive successful projects across multiple roles including Project Manager and Lead Solution Architect.

This role offers remote work flexibility within Europe and requires travel.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Functional Analyst, Solution Architect or Project Manager.
Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Fluent in English; able to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

Implement a content management platform for life sciences products.
Lead business process discovery and application design workshops.
Translate complex client process requirements into workable solution designs.
Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment.
Create process documentation and project deliverables.
Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.
Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva's Commercial Content applications and their fit in customers' ecosystems.
