Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the R&D Business Consulting practice. You will transform how customers work with technology, data and AI, reshaping operating models and measuring business value.

You’ll support biopharma and related sectors across Clinical, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory domains, delivering high-impact initiatives with a global team across a range of organisations from large pharma to SMEs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Domain Knowledge: Clinical Data/Operations, Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety.
• Analytical reasoning: strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Communication: ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-scale projects end-to-end, delivering high-quality customer solutions.
• Manage project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing leadership skills.
• Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
• Solve complex life sciences challenges by leveraging data, software, and AI insights.
• Develop deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas across the R&D BC practice.
