Job summary

Nourish is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join its Professional Services team. Based remotely in the UK with travel to customer sites, you will own requirements capture, solution design, configuration build, and internal testing to ensure successful deployments within our product ecosystem.

You will be a functional and technical expert, contribute to continuous improvement of design and onboarding processes, and ensure clear handovers to Training Specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SaaS products with multi-product ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret requirements and translate needs into scalable designs.
• Excellent documentation to produce clear design artefacts and templates.
• Understanding of data structures, validation, and data checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work in fast-moving environments with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer site to deliver training and run design workshops.
• Capture requirements and produce solution design documentation.
• Build and configure customer instances, workflows, and settings.
• Lead internal testing and readiness for UAT.
• Handover configuration to Training Specialist with aligned workflows.
• Maintain design templates and configuration standards.
• Contribute to onboarding playbooks and process improvements.
• Provide cross-coverage for Technical Integrations Manager tasks.
• Support low-touch implementations end to end.
• Track time and maintain 70% billable utilization, escalating risks.
