Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success/Support) in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear CRM ticket notes.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with ability to handle multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests from a pooled queue while meeting SLAs.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience in every interaction.
• Help customers adopt Nourish products to achieve goals.
• Gather insights to drive product and process improvements.
• Engage with customers to ensure appropriate engagement level by organization type.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless journey.
