Nourish Care is seeking a Product Designer in Bournemouth on a hybrid or remote basis. You will advocate for end users, drive research through to delivery, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship usable, scalable software for the social and health care sector.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in UX/Product Design, strong Figma skills, and a pragmatic, collaborative approach within an Agile environment. Nourish offers a supportive culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Around 2 to 4 years proven experience in a UX or Product Design role.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience across interaction design, information architecture, research, visual design or UI design.
• Strong grounding in user centred design principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Interest in the UK social care sector and how technology can improve interoperability.
• Collaborative, iterative mindset with experience in Agile or Scrum is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• User Research: Conducts user research with guidance to understand needs and pain points and translate findings into actionable takeaways.
• Design and Prototyping: Creates wireframes, user flows and high fidelity prototypes; checks feasibility with Product and Engineering.
• User Testing: Plans and runs usability tests, analyzes feedback and presents findings to the team.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partners with Product Managers and Lead Engineers to ensure value and feasibility.
• Design System: Applies the design system consistently within the product area and flags gaps.
• Documentation: Documents design decisions and handoff details for development.
