Job summary

Bettervits is seeking a performance-minded Influencer Executive in the UK to build and manage our creator program. You will source and manage creators, set briefs, and run whitelisting partnerships to power paid ads on Meta and TikTok.

On-set direction will ensure content is optimised for performance across channels. You’ll collaborate with paid social and creative teams to turn top creators into scalable, high-converting campaigns while tracking performance metrics to inform briefs and scale

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer partnerships or UGC roles.
• Hands-on whitelisting to run paid ads on Meta/TikTok.
• Experience setting deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
• Experience shooting or directing creator content for performance ads.
• Strong understanding of paid social metrics and ROAS.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and manage a roster of creators across health and lifestyle.
• Set up creator whitelisting and partnership ads with Meta/TikTok access.
• Write clear briefs, define deliverables, rights, and quality standards.
• Direct shoots with creators to optimise hooks and formats for performance ads.
• Produce a steady pipeline of assets with multiple hooks and angles.
• Track performance metrics and feed insights back to briefs.
