Major Players, London-based, is seeking a Creator Manager to fast-track into performance creative strategy within a high-growth womens health and wellness brand. This hands-on role suits someone social-native, commercially curious, and eager to learn through hands-on content work.

You'll own organic and creator-led content across TikTok/IG, coordinate creators, and translate performance data into creative decisions. A clear progression path into a strategy role awaits.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Hands-on experience producing short-form video content for TikTok or Instagram.
• Exposure to working with creators, UGC or influencer seeding.
• Comfortable editing with CapCut, Premiere or Canva.
• Confident writing copy with hooks and captions.

Responsabilités

• Support the wider creative team through the end-to-end paid content process - research, scripting, briefing, and feedback loops.
• Own the day-to-day organic content calendar across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms, from copy and shoot coordination to editing and publishing.
• Repurpose top-performing content between paid and organic to maximise reach.
• Lead on creator coordination — outreach, briefing, product seeding and relationship management.
• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and DMs in the brand's tone of voice.
• Track weekly performance metrics and feed insights into next week's content decisions.
