Haven, part of the Bourne Leisure family, is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist in Hemel Hempstead. This hybrid role (3 days in office) shapes paid digital creative across Meta, Google, TikTok and more to drive scalable ideas and retire underperforming ones.

You’ll partner with media, brand and production teams, set AI-enabled workflows, and turn data into impactful creative direction to accelerate growth.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to develop hypotheses and testing plans for paid creative.
• Experience translating data into actionable creative direction.
• Strong collaboration with media, brand, design and production teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and highly automated environments is a plus.
