Job summary

Utilise is a dynamic marketing agency in the UK that blends performance, branding and growth to drive ecommerce success. We’re seeking a Paid Social Account Manager to lead Meta and TikTok campaigns, optimize performance, and communicate strategy directly with clients.

You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, including builds, daily optimisations, reporting, and strategic testing, working closely with creative, web and analytics teams to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional paid social experience.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing TikTok campaigns or strong understanding of the platform.
• Experience managing and scaling meaningful advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and direct-response advertising.
• Confidence analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions.
• Clear communication with clients and leading calls confidently.
• Experience using GA4, Looker Studio or Triple Whale for reporting.
• Attention to detail and strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Own client performance and determine next actions.
• Manage budgets across multiple brands and objectives.
• Monitor metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR and AOV.
• Analyze performance across campaigns, audiences and landing pages.
• Identify patterns and opportunities to prevent issues.
• Lead regular client calls and present performance clearly.
• Convert data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Brief Designers, Creators and UGC talent on ad concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve funnels.
