Job summary

3D Personnel is recruiting an experienced Regional AC Manager to spearhead a new Air Conditioning and Heat Pump division within its M&E operations in the UK. You will build the strategic offering, win new business, manage projects from enquiry to handover, and lead a team of engineers and supervisors.

The role combines technical leadership with commercial acumen, requiring strong client relationships, tendering experience, and a track record of growing profitable service lines in the HVAC

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the Air Conditioning or HVAC sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems.
• Experience delivering installation, refurbishment and maintenance projects.
• Experience managing engineers, supervisors or project teams.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and growing a specialist Air Conditioning, HVAC and ASHP division.
• Developing new business through your existing industry and client network.
• Securing AC, HVAC and heat pump installation, replacement and maintenance projects.
• Overseeing service, maintenance and planned preventative maintenance contracts.
• Building and managing a team of engineers, supervisors, project managers and subcontractors.
