Qualifications

• Experience providing great customer service and managing customer or colleague queries
• Experience using digital channels such as Live Chat, email or case management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple queries and priorities
• A proactive approach, with experience taking ownership of queries or tasks through to resolution

Responsibilities

• Managing HR queries through Live Chat, email and our case management system
• Giving employees and managers clear information and first-line guidance on HR policies and processes
• Taking ownership of queries, working with Employee Services and wider HR teams to make sure they're resolved
• Keeping employee information and case records accurate, up to date and confidential
• Helping colleagues use our HR tools and resources while looking for opportunities to improve the service we provide
