Job summary

EDF (UK) is seeking an AskHR Advisor to join the Employee Services team on a 12-month fixed term contract, delivering first-line HR support to colleagues. You’ll handle Live Chat, email and case work, guiding staff through policies and ensuring accurate, timely responses.

Based near Hove or Exeter with remote working from home, the role offers a clear pathway to develop HR knowledge while making a real difference in our people experience.

Qualifications

• Experience providing great customer service and managing queries
• Experience using Live Chat, email or case management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Proactive ownership of queries to resolution

Responsibilities

• Manage HR queries via Live Chat, email and case system
• Provide first-line guidance on HR policies and processes
• Take ownership and coordinate with Employee Services and HR teams
• Keep employee information and records accurate and confidential
• Help colleagues use HR tools and identify service improvements
