Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking an AskHR Advisor to join the Employee Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide first-line HR support via Live Chat, email and case management, helping colleagues understand policies and get accurate answers while building HR knowledge.

The role is full-time, 9am–5pm, remote from home with potential to work from Hove or Exeter offices. Salary is circa £28,000 with optional bonus and a strong pension.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and handling queries
• Experience using digital channels such as Live Chat, email, or case management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple queries

Responsibilities

• Manage HR queries through Live Chat, email and our case management system
• Provide first-line guidance on HR policies and processes to employees and managers
• Take ownership of queries and coordinate with Employee Services and HR teams to resolve
• Keep employee information and case records accurate, up-to-date and confidential
• Help colleagues use HR tools and resources and identify service improvements
