Qualifications

• Experience providing great customer service and managing queries
• Experience using Live Chat, email or case management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to interact with stakeholders
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple queries and priorities

Responsibilities

• Managing HR queries through Live Chat, email and the case management system
• Providing employees and managers with clear information on HR policies and processes
• Taking ownership of queries and coordinating with Employee Services and HR teams to resolve
• Keeping employee information and case records accurate, up to date and confidential
• Assisting colleagues with HR tools and resources and identifying service improvements
