Job summary

DK Recruitment is recruiting an HR Strategic Project Lead for a well-established housing sector organisation. The role is predominantly home-based with occasional travel to a Wellingborough office.

You will own key people-focused projects, translate strategic objectives into HR programmes, and lead change from planning through implementation and adoption, collaborating with senior leaders and operations teams.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR Management.
• Proven experience leading complex organisational change projects.
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders to develop HR strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR initiatives and organisation-wide change programmes with measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and operational teams to influence decisions and delivery.
• Develop business cases, project plans and implementation strategies using data on impact, risks and benefits.
• Lead people-focused change activities including engagement, communication, consultation, transition planning and adoption.
• Monitor progress and embed changes to deliver sustainable improvements.
• Promote inclusive and ethical HR practices with employee experience central to delivery.
• Ensure HR projects comply with employment law and housing-sector standards.
