Another Recruitment is seeking an HR Project Lead to join a large, well-established organisation in a multisite, hybrid role across Midlands and London. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the people agenda for a major HR change programme.

You will be responsible for workforce analysis, future organisation design and the end-to-end delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful change outcomes.
