Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is seeking an experienced HR Senior Advisor for a fully remote role in the UK. You’ll partner with managers, guide people-related decisions, and help align HR strategies across a multinational environment.

The role covers employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and development. We value strong communication, UK employment law knowledge, and a proactive, business-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR environment at Advisor level or above.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a corporate or multinational business.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide expert HR advice to managers on employee relations matters.
• Support investigations, hearings, and resolution of ER issues.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment legislation.
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, and employee documentation.
• Support performance review processes and career development initiatives.
• Drive learning, development, and employee engagement programmes.
• Produce HR reports and people metrics for key stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the organisation.
