Qualifications

2–5 years HR experience or similar background.
Experience in HR administration, onboarding, employee records.
Familiarity with HR policies and compliance in a corporate environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within a multinational company.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including leavers and exits.
Assist with employee relations, disciplinary, grievances, and performance processes.
Maintain HR records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll-related admin and monthly updates.
Assist with benefits, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement.
