Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in the United Kingdom, seeks an HR & People Operations Expert for a remote contract. You will design realistic HR tasks, develop scoring rubrics, and assess candidates’ judgment using payroll, workforce planning, policies, and lifecycle processes.

You will prepare supporting materials, ensure clarity, and meet deadlines in a flexible, remote arrangement as an independent contractor for a 12-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on HR/payroll or lifecycle experience.
• Experience developing or evaluating HR processes and policies.
• Strong attention to detail with objective assessment ability.
• Ability to work across HR reference materials and data.
• Written and spoken English at least B2; C1 preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM/CIPD/PHR or equivalent) is a plus.
• Independent, reliable with meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités
