Qualifications

• Senior HR operations professional with end-to-end ownership of HR processes.
• Experience in distributed tech or SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate talent strategy into operational practice.
• Strong analytics and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing EOR and international payroll partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve HR operating model and processes.
• Shape employee lifecycle experiences from onboarding to offboarding.
• Turn workforce data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead the HR calendar and coordinate global initiatives.
• Manage HR technology, payroll, benefits, and EOR providers.
• Support international workforce operations across countries.
• Ensure compliance integration within HR processes.
