Job summary

Optimiser is a growing SaaS technology company delivering configurable business solutions to organisations across Hospitality, Membership & Charities, Media, Retail and Real Estate. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll inputs, compliance and reporting.

This remote role offers ownership of the HR lifecycle, from onboarding to exits, with the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and external partners to ensure

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and HR documentation/ MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across functions.
• Handle onboarding, promotions, probation reviews, exits and other employee movements.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate inputs.
• Maintain HR records, documentation and HR trackers.
• Provide guidance on employee HR queries and ensure smooth HR processes without heavy supervision.
• Collaborate with leadership, Accounts/Finance and external HR/payroll partners.
