Qualifications

• Substantial HR experience, including managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience supporting change programmes and developing people strategies.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and written English; comfortable using technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations issues for client organisations.
• Support change management projects with senior leaders to deliver outcomes.
• Assist with training, development and recruitment needs for clients.
• Oversee employment documentation, contracts, policies and letters.
