Job summary

SYLO Beyond HR is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to deliver pragmatic, commercially minded HR support to clients across the UK. You will provide proactive guidance, handle queries and projects, and ensure documentation and processes meet legal standards.

You will work remotely within a wider team, supporting a portfolio of clients and aligning advice with central tools and frameworks. A strong HR generalist background and knowledge of UK employment law are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR background with consultancy or multi-site experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Attention to detail and client-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR support to clients via phone, email and online channels.
• Deliver compliant HR advice and assist with documentation.
• Guide on absence management, ER cases, TUPE and redundancy.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and policy creation for clients.
• Draft and review contracts, handbooks and HR policies.
