Qualifications

• Proven, practical experience in a HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Confidence in a fast-paced KPI-driven professional services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, legally compliant HR and employment law advice to diverse clients.
• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters (discipline, absence, performance, redundancy, etc.).
• Support complex cases from initial enquiry through to resolution.
• Build trusted client relationships at every interaction.
• Meet personal and departmental KPIs and SLAs.
• Stay up to date with legislative changes and ACAS guidance.
