Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to manage a historic caseload of Fire Risk Assessments and help organise property compliance across the portfolio. You will work with Property Managers, contractors, residents, clients, and internal teams to arrange appointments, address access issues, obtain evidence and progress remedial actions to closure.

This is a full-time, remote-based role on a 6-month fixed term contract, aligned with ensuring ongoing compliance across Affordable,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating compliance activities within a residential property environment.
• Ability to coordinate inspections, servicing appointments, contractors and resident access.
• Confidence raising and monitoring works orders, chasing updates and escalating overdue actions.
• Strong IT skills with standard office software and property/compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio-wide compliance trackers, schedules and records with up-to-date due dates and evidence.
• Arrange FRAs, gas servicing appointments and inspections with managers, contractors and residents.
• Raise works orders for remedial actions from FRAs and other checks.
• Track remedial actions from instruction to completion and escalate overdue/high-risk items.
• Provide managers with reminders, exception reports and status updates on compliance.
• Liaise with residents, contractors, clients and colleagues with clear updates.
• Support data returns, KPI reporting and internal audits by identifying gaps and actions.
