Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance data and documentation within asset management systems.
• Administer servicing programmes and liaise with contractors to meet timescales.
• Process invoices and reconcile contractor payments.
• Produce compliance reports and KPI data as required.
• Support GDPR/data protection and health and safety culture.
