Placements24 is seeking an Online Community Manager for a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will cultivate online communities across social platforms, craft engaging content, and act as a brand advocate to enhance guest relations and brand presence.

You will collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure consistent voice, analyze engagement metrics, and identify influencer opportunities. A passion for hospitality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with creative content skills.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and analytics.
• Able to work remotely and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Moderate online community forums, groups, and social channels.
• Create engaging content, posts, graphics, and videos for each platform.
• Respond to comments and inquiries professionally and timely.
• Monitor conversations and identify opportunities for engagement and advocacy.
• Analyze metrics and report on growth, engagement, and sentiment.
• Coordinate with marketing and support to maintain brand voice.
