About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Operations Manager to oversee various hospitality operations from a home-based office, supporting a portfolio of properties and services. Based remotely, with an anchor in Randburg, Gauteng, this role is responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational performance across different hospitality functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, a proven ability to manage remote teams, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategies, implementing best practices, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience, all while working independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Must be based in South Africa and able to work effectively remotely, with strong connection to the Randburg, Gauteng region.
