Placements24 is seeking an exceptional Lead Social Media Marketing Manager to spearhead our client's social media strategy from a fully remote SA base. You will lead a team, craft campaigns, and drive engagement and lead generation across major platforms.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in social media marketing, with leadership experience, strong analytics, and expertise in paid social. This remote role offers flexibility and growth within a forward-thinking company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement.
• Expertise in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid social media advertising principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
• Based in South Africa and eligible to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage and grow presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for each platform.
• Monitor channels for trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of social media specialists.
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns with budget control.
• Build online communities and foster positive engagement and advocacy.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform updates.
