Job summary

Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking a proactive Homeowner Account Manager to nurture a growing portfolio across the South Lakes area. You will manage around 180 properties with regular reporting, data analysis and owner engagement to optimise bookings and revenue.

The role involves travel within Kendal, Ambleside, Windermere and surrounding areas, with a home-based setup and flexible weekday hours. A driving licence and strong IT proficiency are essential.

• Property knowledge and strong regional awareness.

• Full driving licence.
• Able to work a small number of scheduled weekends.

Responsibilities

• Grow bookings and revenue by optimizing property presentations, pricing and occupancy.
• Build strong homeowner relationships as the trusted point of contact for the region.
• Improve property and portfolio quality through décor updates, feature enhancements and policy improvements.
• Collaborate with New Business to onboard new owners and stay compliant with industry regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics, reviews and guest feedback to drive improvements.
