Qualifications

• Proven track record in retaining customers and growing relationships.
• Comfortable operating at pace in a B2B environment.
• Commercial confidence to negotiate agreements and spot opportunities.
• Experience in retail technology or SaaS is useful.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships across an existing customer portfolio.
• Manage contract renewals and support customer retention.
