Thomas Gray Ltd, a growing multidisciplinary consultancy in London, is seeking a Building Safety Project Manager to join a supportive, close‑knit team.

You will support and lead on building safety projects across residential portfolios, provide technical advice, identify defects and remedial solutions, and help ensure compliance with current legislation while pursuing MCIOB/MRICS progression.

Job description

A growing and supportive multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Building Safety Project Manager to be part of is supportive and close-knit London based team.

This role offers the opportunity to support and when ready lead on a range of building safety projects across residential portfolios, providing technical advice, identifying defects, developing remedial solutions and supporting compliance with current building safety legislation. You will contribute to safety case documentation, resident engagement materials and regulatory submissions, while working closely with clients to manage risk and improve building safety outcomes.

The position also involves supporting higher-risk building projects, advising on regulatory approvals, and collaborating with colleagues across design, contract administration and fire safety disciplines.

The consultancy has a strong commitment to professional development and will actively support your progression, including structured training, mentoring and clear pathways towards MCIOB, MRICS or other relevant professional memberships.
