Help Page Instruction Checker role is remote, with the option of full-time or part-time hours. Compensation is £28.00-£30.00 per hour. You will review online guidance from a customer’s perspective, compare it to an approved process, and identify missing or confusing steps without rewriting policy.

This position is introductory with training on the content system; you may edit simple wording with approval and hand more complex issues to the content owner.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and check content against references.
• Strong written communication in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Read the help page start to finish to identify intended visitor action.
• Cross-check each step against the provided reference and note discrepancies.
• Follow links and observe form names to ensure sequences are correct.
