Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Adoption Specialist to join our Health Information Systems team in a remote UK capacity. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting Project Managers through customer implementations and translating requirements into actionable configurations.

You will lead discovery with customers, deliver training, and provide go-live support. You will document outcomes for handover to support teams and ensure smooth end-to-end testing and user acceptance processes.

Qualifications

• NHS clinical coder experience required.
• Experience with electronic medical records workflows and medical coding processes.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience dealing with healthcare providers and stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and support Project Manager during implementations.
• Lead requirements discovery and intake with customers.
• Drive user engagement through remote and onsite demonstrations.
• Configure, test and validate solutions, including UAT support.
• Deliver end-user training and train-the-trainer programmes.
